Ikea Martin was my doula when I gave birth– and she was SO helpful to have! I met her 1 week after SHE gave birth to her baby girl, and I couldn’t believe how active she was after a week!

A doula is a trained professional who helps a woman during and after childbirth.  Most woman say they have a more positive birth experience when a doula is present in the room.   Ikea was an incredible encouragement to me, was there to help Ian help me, and offer different laboring positions and ideas.

Ikea is so real, and down to earth.  Which– are crucial characteristics to have in someone who is going to be in the same room with you as you’re giving birth! I’d DEFINATELY recommend Ikea to anyone looking for a doula! (Or Cross Fit Coach! She does that too!)
